The Conference allows different registration categories and fees to delegates according to their status. Please refer to the below information for your easy reference.

Payment

Registration must be made online. Full payment is required upon registration (by local cheque, bank transfer or Paypal). No confirmation will be sent until MCI Hong Kong has received the full payment. Payment of registration fee in HKD and USD are available. All bank charges including intermediate bank commission for payment must be paid by participants.

Registration Entitlements

Registered participants will receive a registration confirmation. With this confirmation, you are invited to participate in the opening ceremony, all scientific sessions and exhibition.

Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in official writing (by fax, letter or email) to Conference Secretariat - MCI Hong Kong. A cancellation fee (50% of final paid registration fee) will be applied for all cancellation requests received on or before 7 November 2014. There will be no refund for cancellations received after this date.

All refunds will be made after the Conference. All bank charges including intermediate bank commission for cancellation refunds must be covered by participants/applicants. Please send email to Conference Secretariat at secretariat@cardiorhythm.com for enquiry.
